Use this form to exercise your CCPA / CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, or DPDPA rights — right to know, delete, correct, port, or limit use of your personal data.

Important: ShieldMind usually processes your data as a Service Provider / Processor on behalf of your employer (the Controller / Business). If your employer deployed ShieldMind on your work device, the right channel for most requests is your employer's privacy team. We will redirect requests we receive to the appropriate Controller. If you cannot identify or reach them, submit the form below and we'll help.

Response timelines

  • Acknowledgment within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Substantive response within 45 calendar days (CCPA), 30 calendar days (GDPR / UK GDPR), or the period prescribed by DPDPA Rules.
  • One extension of up to 45 days if the request is complex, with notification to you within the original period.
  • For verifiable agent-submitted requests, see CCPA Regulations § 7063 and provide signed authorization.
